In case you aren’t aware, Harvest Hosts is a service that is made up of over 994 (currently) wineries, breweries, distilleries, farms, museums and golf courses that allow RVers to park their camper on their property free for a night.Īlthough it is free, it is generally expected that you will purchase something from the local business in exchange for their hospitality. When compared to a place such as an RV park or a crowded campground, a Harvest Hosts location makes the camping experience seem much more enjoyable. The concept of Harvest Hosts sounds amazing for those who are looking for places to stay the night in an RV. This means that I may earn a small commission if you click on them and make a purchase. So it's a cool place with pretty good food, but dang, the service is lacking. Pretty solid breakfast meal for two here though.Īfter I'd finished it unfortunately took another 15 minutes or so to close out. The burrito probably could have used some extra sauce or something since it was fairly dry, but the flavor was there. I ate half of it, it was pretty good, definitely filling. I am not one to usually shy away from a big burrito, but dang it was breakfast. The breakfast burrito I ordered finally came out and it was HUGE! I was initially a bit put off by the price, but it makes sense. Really good salsa though, I'd probably buy it if its for sale. They brought out a nice chips and salsa which was delicious, but not something I would normally have at 9am. I'd finally gotten my iced tea, it was really nice and in a large glass thankfully since I was thirsty. I think this might have been because their kids had been getting ready for school or something and all came out of the kitchen area and headed out the front door. Once I put in my order, it took about 5 minutes to get my drink. After receiving the menu I was able to decide what I wanted pretty quickly, but it took awhile for them to come back around and get an order. It took a couple minutes to get a menu while I sat. ![]() There was only one other person in the restaurant at the time who had been seated but didn't have any food at his table. I opted to sit as I had to burn 30-45 minutes while my car was getting serviced. I walked in and the woman at the counter was friendly and asked if I wanted to sit or if it was to go. I'd been to Black Horse a few times and was pleasantly surprised to see Las Delicias open at such an early hour. I was getting my car serviced down the street and was looking for a place to grab some breakfast. ![]()
